SMS enrollment preview

The Lacuna Index SMS program sends transactional account notifications to registered Lacuna Index subscribers who have voluntarily opted in through their account settings.

Messages notify subscribers when a new report is available in their Lacuna Index account, including:

• Sector Reports
• Peer Cohort Reports
• Issuer Reports
• The Weekly Brief

Messages may include the report title and a branded lacunaindex.com link where the subscriber can sign in to view the report.

Lacuna Index does not send marketing, promotional, direct-lending, age-gated, or third-party content through this SMS program.

You must be a signed-in Lacuna Index subscriber to enroll.

To opt in:

1. Sign in to your Lacuna Index account.
2. Open Notification Settings.
3. Enter a valid mobile number.
4. Select the separate SMS consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default.
5. Select Verify and Enable SMS.
6. Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number to confirm that you control the number.

SMS consent is optional and separate from acceptance of the Lacuna Index Terms of Service. It is not required to create an account, purchase a subscription, access reports, or otherwise use Lacuna Index.

SMS notifications are enabled only after the mobile number is successfully verified. A new verification is required when a mobile number is first added or changed.

After successful verification and enrollment, Lacuna Index sends the following confirmation message:

“Lacuna Index by Crescentic LLC: You are enrolled to receive SMS notifications when new reports are available in your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

You may cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any Lacuna Index text message.

After you send STOP, Lacuna Index will send an opt-out confirmation message. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you voluntarily enroll again.

You may also disable SMS notifications through Notification Settings in your Lacuna Index account.

Lacuna Index and Crescentic LLC are not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, and other circumstances outside Crescentic LLC’s control.

Mobile information, text-message originator opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, purchased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Crescentic LLC may provide mobile information to telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, and other service providers solely to verify, operate, deliver, secure, and support the Lacuna Index SMS program.

Those providers may use the information only to perform services on behalf of Crescentic LLC and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
